DM365 - video Amplifier need

Hello Champs,

 

Need your inputs on the below.

 

For the DM365 @ 216MHz driving an SD video, so we need an external amplifier like THS7314D?

 

For the USB input to DM365, do we need a PHY? If it is a Host, do we need a charge pump? Please suggest a part if possible.
