AM620-Q1: VDDSHV for MMC unclear in SDIO electrical specifications in datasheet

Part Number: AM620-Q1

Tool/software:

Dear champs,

IO group voltages for SDIO are:

VDDSHV4 is for MMC0

VDDSHV5 is for MMC1

VDDSHV6 is for MMC2

so I would expect the SDIO electrical characteristics would apply depending which VDDSHV voltage was selected for MMC0, MMC1 or MMC2. This is not clearly stated in the datasheet since in the datasheet only VDDSHV5 is referenced in the SDIO electrical characteristics.

Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct and if yes clarify this in the datasheet.

Thanks and kind regards,

one and zero

  • The VDDSHV5 reference in the AM62x SDIO Electrical Characteristics table was an accidental carryover from another datasheet that only had one bank of SDIO IOs.

The VDDSHV5 reference in the AM62x SDIO Electrical Characteristics table will be changed to VDD with the following note in the next revision of the AM62x datasheet.

VDD stands for corresponding power supply. For more information on the power supply name and the corresponding ball(s), see POWER column of the Pin Attributes table.
