Hello engineers,

I would like to have some informations about the ALV0441A PACKAGE.

In the mechanical schematic provided in the datasheet, it seems that some information may be missing to determine the dimensions I have labeled A1 and A2 in the image below.

Do you have any guidance or additional data that could help identify these dimensions?

Using A1 and A2, I was able to calculate the dimension I have marked as A3 in the image below.

Could you confirm this dimension ?

I just need a little clarification on the values you gave me.

the 0.6mm for A2 is with A4(screenshoot) or not ?

0.6mm is A2_1 or A2_2 ?

because the (1.45) in the datasheet is 0.85 +0.6 = 1.45mm

Please refer inputs from the expert:

The A2 dimension TI provided (0.6mm) corresponds to A2.2 in the new customer drawing (top of substrate to top of lid foot). So the customer is correct, the total lid height is 1.45 nominal (0.85mm + 0.6mm).
