My customer has a question for AM625 package shelf time.
They are planning to reflow AM625 twice.
The package MSL rating is 3, so shelf time is limited to 1 week.
What does the 1 week limit exactly mean?
a) until the 1st reflow finishes
b) until the 2nd reflow finishes
c) or else

Thank you for the follow-up and apologies for missing the thread.
Based on these links, it seems shelf life is applicable only for the 1st reflow.
So if the 1st reflow is done within 1 week, the 2nd reflow can be done after 1 week without baking. Correct?
Your understanding is correct provided the device follows the MSL RH recommendations.
