After powering on the system, the AM5716 shows no output. Inserting an SD card still produces no output. As the device was just assembled on the production line and has not yet been programmed with our software, the chip only contains the factory firmware pre-loaded by Texas Instruments. We have checked the power supply and soldering workmanship—both are functioning normally. We would appreciate your assistance in diagnosing the cause of this issue and verifying whether the ramcode is running properly. Specifically, we need to identify where the process might be stuck.
