This question is not clear. What datasheet are you referring to? You have mentioned DRA821U4, which is the SoC. DDR is a board part, and is separate from the SoC.

My above question was regarding LPDD4 "MT53D1024M32D4DT" i think this is not complete part number. i searched with same part number but i got many extended parts number related to this please refer below link. same thing is in datasheet.
