Dear TI Team,
I am a Cybersecurity Architect currently working on a Domain Controller project. We are in the process of designing the security architecture and need to select cryptographic algorithms for critical functions such as Secure Boot, Secure Update, and Secure Debug.
A key requirement for our design is minimizing the digital signature verification operation time to avoid exceeding our timing constraints.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could share performance data regarding the verification times for the Digital Signature Algorithms supported by your platform. We are specifically interested in the performance metrics for:
- RSA-based algorithms
- ECC-based algorithms
- ECDSA-based algorithms
- EdDSA-based algorithms
- The performance of the above algorithms when optimized using ARM instructions.
(Intended Security Levels: 128 bits, 192 bits, 256 bits)
Your insights into the verification timing of these algorithms would be highly valuable to our optimization process. On the other hand, I wanted to add TDA4V MidEco MCU as well in the same post.
