I want to know for the prebuilt Linux SDK images which RJ45s are eth0, eth1, eth2, please?

The one RJ45 by itself is with CPSW; the double stack is mapped to the PRU-ISSG ports.
When Pekka refers to eth2 - which of these three are eth2?
