My customer wants to use IAR I-Jet Debug Emulator on CCS. Is it possible ?

If possible, could you tell them how to set and procedure on CCS ?

Let me add some info.

They're using AM243x with MCU+ SDK on CCS 12.8.1.00005.

I believe an FAQ entry about no IAR support on Sitara should be written (I suggest (+) Kallikuppa Sreenivasa's Profile - Kallikuppa Sreenivasa - TI E2E support forums ) that repeats what I had responded to also on this e2e: (+) AM623: IAR IDE and Drivers available? - Processors forum - Processors - TI E2E support forums . as to why:

CBASS is TI's version of ARM AMBA, and by doing so, protects TI's own intellectual property
neither IAR nor ARM Keil will support AM6x.
