Hi TI Team,

I'm working on adding OTA updates using FWUpdate to an AM625Px-based Yocto system. Could you provide:

Official examples/docs for FWUpdate on AM62Px (e.g., Yocto layer reference, partition layout examples)?
SDK compatibility – Does ti-processor-sdk-linux-am62pxx-evm-09.02.01.10 support FWUpdate? Any known patches needed?
Key considerations – Are there critical steps for adapting U-Boot or security configurations specific to AM62Px F-OTA?

Any quick references or links would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Veerapandiyan V,

the link in the other E2E thread was only provided as an example.

Also there's a Yocto layer for SWUpdate. You could just try to add/integrate this yourself, see:

You'd make sure you use the appropriate branch from the `meta-swupdate` layer that's compatible with the Yocto version you are using.

We can probably help with some specific TI-related issues/concerns you run into when integrating this, but but beyond this there's not much we can provide here at this moment. At the end it's an open-source project (there are others too) and it is your responsibility make it work.
