AM623: Can we change RMII pin assignment in padconfig?

Tool/software:

There's a case when we use RMII interface, the TXEN, TXD0, TXD1 are now connected to RX pins, is there any way to change the configuration in padconfig to switch TX and RX pins from SOC side?
