TDA4VEN-Q1: Disabled SRV Components

Hi expert,

Our customer would like to verify GPU rendering functionality on TDA4VEN: srv_demos.

However, customer discovered that in the SDK ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j722s-evm-11_00_00_06 , the SRV-related kernel modules and dependent libraries are disabled (not compiled). The same issue persists in SDK version 10.0x.

Could you please clarify why these components are disabled? If SRV can be enabled, kindly provide a patch based on ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j722s-evm-11_00_00_06 to re-enable them.

Hi Zhu,

Again this is related to the c7x, as srv demo uses c7x to generate 3dBowl and gpuLut.

Let me try compiling it for c7x in j722s.

Hi Gokul,

Thanks for your reply. Customer needs to evaluate some GPU feature/loading on Entry based on srv_demo. Please help to provide a patch when it works on your side.
