It is a snapshot from the datasheet. It is particularly for OSPI but there are similar tables for many other interfaces. You could search in the datasheet for PCB CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS.

I was told by Sreenivasa that indeed there is such excel document, but it is for DDR pins only. For all other pins customers can use the IBIS model.

Thank you for the inputs.

The pin delay for the DDSS is available in the DDR design guide for AM62x, AM62L, AM62A and AM62P.

The recommendation is for customer to use the pin delay from the App note. We do not plan to share an excel for the DDRSS pin delay.
