I want to know the keystone serdes IP type and throughput, but I cannot find the related document. Please help provide me the "SerDes implementation guidelines for keystone device".

SerDes isn't a specific IP, it's the Phy used in many IPs such as SRIO, PCIe, AIF, SGMII, etc

There's a Performance App Note that covers the measured Throughput performance of these IPs SPRABK5.

As for the implementation guideline the SerDes implementations are included in the HW Design Guidelines SPRABI2.
