I am using AM62L EVM Linux SDK with SD boot.
Make SD card according to user guide with default image in SDK. Switch to SD boot mode and with right power supply.
With Minicom, after plug the power, there is no print in the beginning, then there are some print about DDR init.
You can see the print and EVM set up as below:
