AM387x memory suggestions

Hello,

Is there a list of validated memory chips to work with the AM387x?

Does Ti have and DDR3 memory testing recommendatiosn to make the interface more robust?

 All I could find was a DDR3 initialization with SW Leveling wiki page for AM389x, anything else?
