AM625: Question for IBIS model

Hi,

My customer did DDR signal simulation with IBIS model (SPRM766D.zip) and found big ringing on ball G1 (DDR0_RESET0_N).
Is it correct the model for G1 signal is "DDR_SE"? The customer just wants to make sure the model is correct.

    Yes, it is DDR_SE.  This signal should only be transitioning from low to high once.  I'm not sure why there would be a lot of ringing on this signal.  Does the memory model they are using have this signal?
