AM62P: How to reduce power consumption of AM62P

Tool/software:

Hi team,

I am currently considering the power supply circuit for the system using the AM62P (GPU is not used). 

However, the power consumption of the system is high.

Which of the following methods can reduce power consumption the most?

・2 out of 4 cores are disabled. (The cores are ARM Cortex-A53.)

・Reduce the usage of each core from 80% to 50%.

・Downclock each core from 1400MHz to 1250MHz.
