I want to generate the tiboot3.bin using a custom script, for that how many files are required and how to generate it using cat/dd command ?

You can find the TI-supported steps for generating tiboot3.bin in the Linux SDK docs here:

Feel free to read through the build files and figure out how the tiboot3 binary is generated. We are unable to help you create your own custom build script.
