AM62A7-Q1: LC SCAM design

Hi Arum,

This is a known flash part and it is used/tested on the below TI EVMs.

Serial OSPI NOR Flash: S28HS512T is present on the following TI EVMs:

Please note, although the AM62A is tested with a NAND flash W35N01JWTBAG, but S28HS512T will also be okay to boot with.
