Tool/software:

Dear Sir/Madam

We have taken the reference circuit from your website based on that , we have altered few things according to our requirements. 

We have facing technical issues with LLC circuit .Kindly help us out.

1) In our circuit auxiliary power supply is working as per the design.

2) PFC is also working as per the design all parameter's are matching. 

3) In LLC Ckt we are facing problem. we are not able to get signals/waveforms in HO & LO. 

Kindly suggest us.

    Hello,

     

    If you are not getting drive signals the device’s VDD may not be reaching UVLO to run or there is a fault preventing startup.  So, you might want to see if you have an OVP or OCP fault preventing startup.

     

    The following application note discusses frequently asked questions about the UCC25640x devices.  Customer find this information useful in the trouble shooting process.

    The following link will bring to the excel design tool for the UCC25640X.  You can enter your design parameters and compare it to your design.  If there are any differences this could be the cause of your issue.  It is recommended that you use values within +/- 10% of the recommended value.
