TMS320C6472: DDR2 access issue

Part Number: TMS320C6472

Tool/software:

Hi,

My customer observes DDR2 access issue on their custom board.
The issue is observed one of 5 boards.

The test simply writes and reads DDR2 memory region and compares data.
When the issue happens, all data mismatch in test region.
The issue occurrence is once in ~20 test trials.

The customer compared DDR controller registers and found all below registers are the same both normal cases and failing cases.

But they found below reserved registers are different.
Address : Normal Value => Failing Value
0x7800_0040:0x10A9_12A2 => 0x10CD_8F4F
0x7800_0044:0x0048_48AF => 0x000D_E858
0x7800_0060:0x0000_0091 => 0x3100_0018

What are these registers?

Thanks and regards,
Koichiro Tashiro
