TPS55288: Need I2C access?

Hi,

Is it possible to output voltage on TPS55288 without I2C connection?

My cusomter wants to use both "TPS55288 with USB-PD" and "TPS55288 without USB-PD (No I2C connection)". That is why I am asking.

Thanks for reaching out.

TPS55288 can't be enabled without I2C. So I2C is must.

We also have the TPS552882 which is non-I2C part, it doesn't need I2C.

May I know the input/output conditions?

The reason I want to know more about the input/output conditions because we have the newer device TPS55285 which have smaller size and easier design which may fit the customer design. You can refer to the link below. Let me know if any more questions.
