66AK2H06: need to add ip address from U-boot

Hi,

We have two Ethernet port in our HW with 66K2H06.

one of the Ethernet address is assigned from the U-boot. I am wondering how do I add the second ip address and let Linux kernel recognize it?

Do you have u-boot manual?

Hi Varughese,

I want to add additional ip address, then the recent ip address I already have. not replace the old one.

The section 3 from the link you provided seems to replace the existed ip address.

Maybe my question needs to rephrase.

Now, the Linux kernel is at 66Akh06 and works well with old ip address.

I want the Linux kernel can have the second ip address since the hardware side we have already routed.

Hi Yao-Ting,

Sorry, I don’t think any other official documentation is available apart from this.

May I know which version of the Linux SDK you are referring to? I’m looking into possible solutions in the meantime.

- Could you please try to assign different MAC addresses to the Ethernet ports via U-Boot and handle IP configuration from Linux?
