PROCESSOR-SDK-AM65X: LED of MCU ETHERNET doesn't work when connect with PC.

Tool/software:

My device : Sitara AM65x Processors ; Jacinto DRA80xM Processors. AM654x EVM PROCESSOR BOARD PROC062B

1. Problems with the device.
The device is powered on, and after the network port is connected to the computer in red circled in the figure below, the LED of the network port is always off.

What SW are you running? Can you attach the serial logs of the device boot.

How can I get the device boot log ? Could you send the link for user manual?

Here is additional information.

I have 2 board. The normal board is called A . The abnormal board is called B .

Device A and Device B both don't install SD card.

Why the LED status between device A and device B is different ? Could it be a hardware issue that is causing these discrepancies to occur?

Deivice A - normal

Device B - abnormal

I'm not sure I understand. Please use a prebuilt SD card image from https://dr-download.ti.com/software-development/software-development-kit-sdk/MD-diW9VClvQJ/09.03.05.02/tisdk-default-image-am65xx-evm-09.03.05.02.wic.xz and set up the boot mode as SD card as decribed in the user guide.

I download the file through https://dr-download.ti.com/software-development/software-development-kit-sdk/MD-diW9VClvQJ/09.03.05.02/tisdk-default-image-am65xx-evm-09.03.05.02.wic.xz .
Then I try to create SD card through balenaEtcher.
However , the tool prompts the WIC file size is larger than the SD card size.
WIC file is 8.47GB, my SD card size is 7.95GB.

Is there any other way to debug?
