I'm looking for evaluation board to start developing on the AM62A7-Q1 or similar, and especially on the DSP C7xxx processor.

is the SK-AM62A-LP good for this purpose ?

The C7x DSP for Audio processing can be evaluated through our new devices - AUDIO-AM62D-EVM and AUDIO-AM275-EVM.

Thanks a lot Ravi for your quick response.
I need to evaluate the DSP on AM62x. I saw that there is only an AWE based SDK for the AUDIO-AM62D-EVM .
I'm not familiar with AWE.

Is there a FreeRTOS SDK for this EVM?

Does the AWE SDK support integration of Code Composer SW to AWE Platform ?

The Audio app present in the AWE SDK is not a CCS project, and as such any code editor can be used to make modifications in the audio app. You will need to use gmake/make for building the audio app. The application binary can then be loaded, flashed and debugged using CCS.
