Is there a reason why customer can’t use IBIS models?  Why don’t we try to fix the IBIS error?  We are trying to get away from providing s-parameter model.  It is not sustainable for broad market

My customer needs S-parameter. Please don't close this thread.

They needs S-parameter to simulate between SoC and LPDDR as high speed I/F (SI, EYE).

Package model is one dimension LCR. This is luck of infomaton to achieve SoC packages.

I think it is not special request to simulate LPDDR4(High speed I/F). Please consider it to provide the S-parameter?

Customer understand TI recommended to use IBIS model for between SoC and LPDDR4.

So customer will use IBIS model for high speed I/F simulation.
