C55xx: Error connecting to the target

Hello,
I am trying to connect the C5535 eZdsp USB board to PC and not successful with it. When I connect to target I am getting the following error message. Has anyone got this error before?  
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -600 @ 0x0)
A required dynamic library could not be located.
The library isn't on the search path.
(Release 5.0.429.0)
Any help would be helpful to move forward.
