AM2754-Q1: VTM Register information missing in the TRM

Thanks for reaching out to e2e.

This issue is currently being worked on, and the registers should be fixed in a future revision of the AM275 TRM.

For now, try AM62A because it has the same VTM registers and address. Here is a page inside the VTM register section for your convenience:  https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruj16b/spruj16b.pdf#page=6699.
