AM625: Flash configration file for AUTOSAR MCAL.

Hello,experts.

I use 'w25h512jv ' QSPI NOR flash on our custom board and Autosar software.
And I plan to r/w access via Autosar MCAL FLS.

I downloaded MCAL,but the configlation file that device was not found.

Do you possible to provide that configlation file?

The Configlation file I mentioned is the following file.

Path : \mcusw\mcal_drv\mcal\board\flash\inc
FileName : Fls_NOR_<devicenumber>.h

So, I need a below file.

'Fls_NOR_w25h512jv.h'

For custom flash integration, please follow the steps mentioned in the User guide below:

You will have to configure the flash parameters for your custom flash part in EB Tresos and generate the output files.

Also, are you using the latest 11.0 MCAL SDK? You can download the latest MCAL SDK from the link below:

Hi Krithika,

We discussed it at weekly call. customer needs the MCAL FLS for w25h512jv until waiting finish sysconfig of QSPI setting.

Could you work on this in pallarel?

The ones in the comment are to be used for the custom flash part.

Hi Vaibhav,

Here is feedback from customer. Could you support that?

In that file,

Flash name : "S28HS512T",

Manufacturer ID : 0x34U.

Device ID : 0x5b1aU.

But our device

Flash name : "w25h512jv"

Manufacturer ID : 0xEFU.

Device ID : 0x9020U.

This is capture from datasheet of w25h512jv.

Could you check that the file(Fls_NOR_Device.h) you uploaded is correct for w25h512jv.

Ito-san,

As Vaibhav mentioned, the values for Pioneer's w25h512jv" flash part are the ones in the comment of each parameter. Please use those values.
