There is no simple answer to this question and no exact figures. It depends on how the board was designed to adhere to High-Speed Design rules. It can depend even on the SD Cards itself.

My general recommendations are :

- The signal timing must match the tables in section 6.10.5.12.2 MMC1 - SD/SDIO Interface in the datasheet.
