"System Reset" was not available in CCS of a new version

I want to use "System Reset" for ARM9 core of OMAP-L138.

In CCSv4.1.2, "System Reset" was available.
However, in CCSv4.2.4 and CCSv5.1.0, "System Reset" was not available.

I use XDS510USB-PLUS.

I do "System Reset" by CCS menu or GEL script.
CCS menu is "Run - Reset -System Reset".
GEL script is "GEL_AdvancedReset("System Reset")".

Can I use "System Reset" in CCSv5.1.0?

This problem was solved by myself.

I took the wrong choice of the ICE of the target configuration.
In CCSv5.1.0, "System Reset" is possible by correcting it.

But, in CCSv4.1.2, "System Reset" was possible though it was wrong.

CCSv4.2.4 ...not available
CCSv5.1.0 ...not available

Would you please teach us the target configuration method that we can use "System Reset" ?
