Dear all,
We are experiencing a critical issue with our Blackhawk USB560v2 System Trace Emulator.
After a recent attempt to use the emulator in Code Composer Studio (CCS 2020), we have been encountering persistent connection problems. Here is a detailed summary of the current situation:
- The emulator is recognized in Device Manager and passes the USB interface test using Bh560v2Config.jar.
- Firmware restore and update operations were completed successfully.
- LEDs S2, S3, U and 5V are ON, indicating some activity, but A1, A2, A3 and S1 remain off.
- In CCS, the emulator shows up, but all CPUs remain DISCONNECTED.
We also verified that:
- JTAG connections and target hardware are functional.
- We are able to successfully connect to the same target using a different (non-Blackhawk) emulator, which rules out any issue with the board or the processor.
