DM814x: conflicting documentation on power-up sequence

It seems power-up sequence implemented by EVM does not respect the one shown in datasheet.

Which one is correct?

Yes, the older EVMs are incorrect.

I believe newer EVMs with a later release of the PMIC have the correct sequence.

Please use the sequence from the latest data sheet which should also match the power sequencing FAE alert.
