The direct answer to your question is no. There is no such document, although there is plenty of information available for them to use like the respective datasheets:

• TDA2Px
• TDA2Ex

As well as the respective Performance App notes:

• TDA2xx and TDA2ex Performance
• TDA2Px Performance

Both parts use the same SDK so the differences are HW dependent as delineated in the above documents.
