Any reason you are applying 180C. The SOC may not be rated for the temperature.

Hi Sreenivasa, 

Thanks for your reply. I am applying over 180C since I am evaluating it for high temperature operation. The target application needs high temperature upto 190C operation. Is there a way I can disable the thermal shutdown or increase the critical temperature for testing purpose?

The answer is no.  The datasheet ROC table clearly defines the two valid operating temperature ranges supported by this device.

So, just to confirm once again, there is no way I can edit the files so that I increase somehow the critical temperature or change the temperature type from "critical" to anything soft or can I disable the VTM? I want to use it at high temperature knowingly that it doesn't support that much by the datasheet.
