Hi，

I added macro definition in file board-support/ti-linux-kernel-6.6.32+git-ti/arch/arm64/configs/defconfig: CONFIG_PCIE_PTM=y.

Then when I execute ptp4l on the terminal, the following problems occur. I wonder if the software timestamp is not supported at present?Is there anything else that needs to be modified?

Hi Yang,

The PTM also had dependency on the NIC and its driver. Can you confirm that the PCIe NIC supports timestamping. It seems that the NIC driver also does not support it.

If that is indeed the case, you will have to contact the NIC manufacturer.
