I am currently performing DDR analysis on the AM6754AKGHIAMWR and have downloaded j722s.ibs.

The models in this file include, for example,

"lpddr4_ocd_40p_40n_lt"

"lpddr4_ocd_40p_40n_ht"

But when should I choose between "lt" and "ht"?

Hi Matsuda-san,

*lt and *ht are models for the Low Temperature corner and High Temperature corner, respectively. Please use these when you are simulating across all the model corners.
