Is there digital clock source specification for MCU_OSC0 while using external OSC?

On Data Manual, there is specification for Crystal but not finding specification for external OSC clock.

Can we provide OSC specification ex. ?

Jitters

Rising time/falling time

Vp-p

Duty cycle

We are planning to include this information in the next revision of the datasheet. The information we plan to include will be the same as what has already been included in the AM62Ax datasheet, with exception to some additional information that applies when a customer is planning to use the AM64x SerDes to implement a PCIe or USB Superspeed peripheral.

Please refer to the "MCU_OSC0 LVCMOS Digital Clock Source" section of the AM62Ax datasheet for this information until a new AM64x datasheet is released. You also needed to apply the following Phase Noise requirements if there is a plan to use the AM64x SerDes to implement a PCIe or USB Superspeed peripheral.

Phase Noise:
100Hz -92.3 dBc/Hz maximum
1kHz -112.3 dBc/Hz maximum
10kHz -132.3 dbc/Hz maximum
100kHz -142.3 dbc/Hz maximum
1MHz -152.3 dbc/Hz maximum
