AM625: Serial NAND boot page size

Hi,

According to below TRM description, Serial NAND page size can be either 2KB or 4KB.


There is no description how to specify the page size.
Could you tell me how to do that?

    Hi Koichiro,

    The customer would need to make sure that the selected NAND Flash has a parameter table.

    This parameter table will contain various information, one of them being the page size.

    For example, the NAND Flash on the AM62A TI EVM: W35N01JW has the parameter table as shown below in the screenshot.

    Please note, that ROM will take care to read this parameter table and get the page size as well.
