Sys/bios for omap-l138

Hi I am planing to get a evaluation development kit for omap-l138. My intention is to use the sys/bios but instead the development kit comes with a dsp/bios and ccsv4. My question is what do I need to use the sys/bios instead of the dsp/bios. Also can I use ccsv5 with the dsp/bios. Regards Bashir

SYS/BIOS fully supports the OMAP-l138 on both the DSP and the ARM cores.

I recommend that you upgrade to CCS 5.1 which ships with SYS/BIOS and everything you need to build SYS/BIOS applications for the DSP or ARM cores.

If you need to stay with CCS 4, you can download and install the compatible 6.32.05.54 version of SYS/BIOS here:

The latest (and best) SYS/BIOS version is currently 6.33.00.19. However a newer version (6.33.01.xx) with a large number of GUI improvements will be out later this week.
