We plan to connect Nor Flash to OSPI.
We would like to connect FeRAM (MB85RS4MTPF-G) as well. Can we use normal SPI?
If possible, are there any changes to the specifications compared to when connecting to OSPI?

I referred the datasheet.
I see the SPI pins available are okay to go ahead with, not sure why there was a confusion on interfacing the FeRAM with MCSPI.
