    Hi Mikael,

    Based on the installation path, it looks like you are trying to install CCS 9.3.0. Is it possible for you to try installing a newer version of CCS (preferably v20 or newer), in case the issue is cause by the older version of the installer?

    If not, can you see if installer logs are available in your installation location, and attach them here for us to analyze?

    Hi Mikael,

    I can reproduce this issue when installing CCS 9.3.0 on Sequoia 15.x.

    Please note that CCS 9.3.0 is a very old version. The last version of macOS supported by CCS 9.3.0 is Catalina 10.15. If you are using a macOS version greater than that, then it is recommended to update your CCS install to a version that supports it.
