Your code is stucked into the Hwip_abortHandler, which indicates the program is trying to access a memory location which is either invalid or does not have appropriate permission to be accessed.

Is there any mechanism here to help locate the issue of Data abort? The codebase is quite large, and I'm unable to pinpoint where the data abort is occurring.

Unfortunately there is no direct way to see from which instruction the code has gone to data abort handler. You will need to debug it step by step to check from which piece of code it goes to abort handler.

You can keep the CCS breakpoints at different pieces of code and narrow down the code to find which piece of code is actually going to abort condition.
