We're using the AM68A on a custom board and I have some questions about OSC1.
Is OSC1 required?
From reading the TRM, it looks like by default that WKUP_OSC0 is used for all of the PLLs for all domains. Also, section 6.10.4.1.5 of the datasheet illustrates connections to make if OSC1 is not used. However, in section 5.4.1 of the TRM in the Clocking Overview OSC1 does not appear to be described as optional.
Another question. We are inputting an audio reference clock into AUDIO_EXT_REFCLK0. From TRM section 5.4.1 in the Clocking Overview it states that OSC1 can also be used as a reference clock to the MCASP peripheral. So if we are using AUDIO_EXT_REFCLK0 for our audio master clock, do we need to use OSC0 at all?
