Does DevKit 2.1.1 work for AM3517 EVM?

TI announced Android DevKit 2.1.1 on Dec 13. The release notice says it's available for AM335x, and has been validated on AM335x EVMs and Beaglebone.

I see no mention of compatibility with my AM3517 EVM (which was supported on the earlier Android Devkit 2.1).

What should I expect if I try the new 2.1.1 Devkit with my AM3517 EVM?  Is that combination known to work, or is it known not to work, or is the result unknown?

    Hi Ron,

    TI Android DevKit 2.1.1 is only applicable for AM335x platfrom.

    Kernel and u-boot supported in this release only supports AM335x platform. There is no major difference in Android components as compared with 2.1 release.

    I would suggest you to stick to 2.1 release for AM3517 EVM.
