Yes, you can use a 2GB or 1GB DRAM, ensure that you choose a JEDEC compatible LPDDR4.  Please consult the DDR layout guidelines for info on changes that would need to be made based on the device you choose

Can we use this one?

If those properties are same;

Data Bus Width: 32
Maximum Clock Frequency: 2.133 GHz

And its package is same, can we use that DRAM, and only change DDR configuration from the link you send, should we expect it working?

Can we use any brand if those 3, Data Bus Width, Maximum Clock Frequency, and package are same?

Betul, a lot depends on the board design as well.  Poor board design can lead to poor signal integrity which can jeopardize functionality no matter what configuration is used.  Ensure you follow the board design app note mentioned above.  The Samsung device mentioned above appears compatible, but i'm not able to find the datasheet for it.

Hi JJD , apologies for not explaining it clearly enough. We will be using the exact design of the SK-AM62A-LP board, meaning the RAM and CPU layout will be exactly the same. Therefore, we are looking for a solution that can work by just changing the DRAM without altering the layout. Thank you.

OK, so those devices you cite should work with the same layout.  You might need to tweak some of the configuration settings, or possibly some IO setting like termination, depending on trace impedances, but otherwise should be able to use those
