AM5716: How to differentiate Q grade and Industry grade of same product using software?

Tool/software:

Hi

Customer are using AM5716 Industry grade for MP but encounter high-tempereture issue. So they want to upgrade to Q-100 grade product with same product PN except for temperature change.

So their manufacture line will use Industry and Q grade mixed. They want to achieve below functions:

1. For Industry PN, they read the ID and configure the upper limit temperature to A.

2. For Automotive PN, they read the ID and configure the limit to B. 

Is this feasible? Thanks for helping.
