CCSTUDIO: report build-1876232783 error

Customer reports the build-1876232783 error was reported when they use CCS12.8.1 to build the MSPM0G3507 project with sysconfig file. I confirmed that double click the syscfg file in CCS, the file can be opened properly, the error pictures are below, is there anything need to check for this error?
