Hi,

I would like to confirm the maximum power dissipation rating for the PW package version of the UCC3813 family (e.g., UCC3813PWTR-3).

In the datasheet’s “Absolute Maximum Ratings” section, only the N package (PDIP) and D package (SOIC) are listed with explicit power dissipation limits (1 W and 0.65 W respectively). However, I could not find any such specification for the PW package.

Could you please confirm the accurate value or provide any recommended design guidelines regarding thermal limits for the PW package?
